How can I close my WOIZZER-account? I want to delete the entire account.

To delete your WOIZZER-account, select "Profile" in the main menu and tap on "Delete WOIZZER Account". You can also send a WOIZZ to our Support Team and we will take care of it for you. Be advised that closing your account will irreversibly delete all of your data, including personal information and all of your WOIZZES.

How can I flag a WOIZZ as spam or for inappropriate content?

On each WOIZZ you can find the "Action Menu" indicated by the round arrow icon. Tap the arrow and select "Report". Our Support Team will check any reported content and handle it accordingly.

I have sent a WOIZZ and the recipient can not listen to it or I have received a WOIZZ and can not listen to it. What is the problem?

There could be several reasons that may have caused this, for example you may not be connected to a data network / te internet. For any further information, we are always at your disposal. You can send us a WOIZZ to the user "WOIZZER Support", write us an e-mail at support(at)woizzer.com or simply reach us by phone on +49 (0) 40 2288 3885.
