How can I close my WOIZZER-account? I want to delete the entire account.
To delete your WOIZZER-account, select "Profile" in the main menu and tap on "Delete WOIZZER Account". You can also send a WOIZZ to our Support Team and we will take care of it for you. Be advised that closing your account will irreversibly delete all of your data, including personal information and all of your WOIZZES.
Why should I record a profile WOIZZ?
A profile WOIZZ gives you the opportunity to present yourself to other WOIZZER users or, if you so wish, you can also just say what you are currently interested in. In WOIZZER, your own voice is also your business card.
How do I change my profile photo? Can I also put more photos into my profile?
If you would like to change your profile photo, simply go to the menu area "Profile > Edit profile information > Photo". Here you will be able to either take a new photo with your iPhone or select an existing photo from your photo album. Until now it is only possible to have one photo on your profile.

Can I set up more than one WOIZZER profile?
Until now it's only possible to set up one WOIZZER account per device. However, we are currently working on amazing new features, which will also let you set up additional profiles.
Do I have to register to use WOIZZER? What information is required? Do I have to use my real name?
When setting up WOIZZER for the first time, you are asked to supply first and last name, your city of residence, age and gender, and finally your mobile phone number. Some information is optional. In addition, you can add a photo and record your profile-WOIZZ to introduce yourself to the community. However, it's a good idea to use your real name, so your friends will be able to find you.
