I am not getting any push notifications. What's wrong?
First, make sure that you have activated push notifications on your iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad. Open the "Settings" and tap on "Notifications". You will see a list with all apps that can send push notifications. Find WOIZZER and turn all notification options on.
Second, check notifications are also enabled inside the WOIZZER-app. Open your profile page, choose "Notifications" and turn them on.
If you still don't receive push notifications, try setting your device to airplane mode briefly. This will force the phone to re-register with the cellular network.
Finally, if all failed contact our Support Team via WOIZZ, email or phone. We will assist you as best we can.
