How can I transfer my WOIZZER-profile to another device?

To transfer your profile you first need your WOIZZER-ID. You can find it on your profile page. It is recommended to write it down for later use. Then delete WOIZZER from the old device and install it on the new one. During registration on the new device you are asked for your phone number. Make sure you enter the exact same number you used on your last device. You will receive a text message containing an activation code. Once you entered it correctly, WOIZZER will inform you that the phone number is already linked to your old profile. Now select "Transfer profile to this device" and enter your WOIZZER-ID you wrote down earlier. Confirm and all your data will be transferred. This may take a few minutes, so please be patient.
